Today the CMS Committee held its second evidence session for its inquiry into Women’s Sport. In today’s panel we heard from Dr Beth Clarkson (Visiting Lecturer, Portsmouth University), Dr Rafaele Nicholson (Senior Lecturer, Bournemouth University), Professor Stacey Pope (Associate Professor, Durham University), and Professor Hanya Pielichaty (Professor, Lincoln University).
This panel featured academics specialising in women’s sport and is an opportunity to analyse some of the research into women’s sport, including the financial, social, governance and audience aspects of the sector as it grows.
